Well, for someone who is diabetic like me… yeah, i am forced to drop my sugar intake. Not just sweet treats but also rice too (rice is a staple meal in my country). It’s quite hard to give them up but I had to consume them moderately

Everything that is excessive is not good. Sometimes our discipline is really needed. Just make sure we have enough and a normal intake.
